William has been a Doctoral Student in the department since Fall of 2006. He is currently a teaching fellow.

Biographical Information

William is an all-around sensualist: He was a professional chef for over 15 years (Albuquerque NM, San Francisco, New York, and Europe), a wine lover, and Masters swimmer. As expected, when William is not eating, drinking, or philosophizing, he can be found at the pool. William's current research interests are in environmental philosophy, ethics, early modern philosophy and history.
