A conference Environmental Ethics: Emerging Issues will be held at the University of North Texas from 3 to 5 April 1998. It will begin at 1:30 p.m. Friday and conclude at 12:00 noon Sunday. It is sponsored by the Center for Environmental Philosophy. It will be the first conference to be held in the new Environment Education, Science, and Technology Building, Room 176, the new home of the UNT Environmental Ethics Program, the Center for Environmental Philosophy, and the journal Environmental Ethics.

General Information
The University of North Texas is located
to the southeast of the intersection of I-35,
I-35E, and I-35W. To reach the university or the hotels, use the Avenue D exit on I-35E.
The Radisson Hotel is located on the
northwest side of the intersection of I-35E
and Avenue D. The Royal Hotel Suites
